A necessary tool for multilayer work and quilting is the Janome Even Feed Foot, sometimes known as a “Walking Foot.”
These “teeth” function in tandem with the feed dogs on your machine to grab and drag your material through your machine without the layers moving at different speeds. This foot has a set of feed dogs at the bottom.
The Janome Quilting Guide Bar is included with this outstanding foot. The Quilting Guide Bar, which is attached to the rear of the Walking Foot, enables you to choose a distance from a hem or a preceding row of stitches (which is great for topstitching).
